An exciting and at the same time fascinating year is drawing to a close and you could say that a lot has happened this year and that these events have had an impact on the online print industry too.
Current market developments, important industry-relevant changes to the law, new trends as well as specific solutions provided by smaller market players were key issues during and left their mark on 2018. Hot off the press (so to speak) – this year I published ZIPPER‘s INSIGHTS Season 1 and summarized helpful digital transformation tips and to-dos in a series of explanatory videos for you, dear beyond-print fans – and the large amount of positive feedback astonished me, meaning that Season 2 is set to be aired in 2019.
Yet something major is to follow in 2019 – why not just take a look in your mailbox at the end of January – it’s worth it. And if you want to ensure you get something in the post, just send an e-mail to email@example.com – something to look forward to ….
On that note, that’s all from my blog for this year and I wish you and your families a merry Christmas, a couple of days to relax and recharge your batteries, every success in 2019 as well as good fortune in every respect, the courage to make the right decisions and the time to pause occasionally, just to “catch your breath” in these hectic times.
In the New Year, from mid-January onwards I will again be reporting on fascinating topics, new trends and technologies, innovations from the print and media industry and more besides.
But hopefully you and your loved ones will now be able to enjoy a period of peace and quiet. And I hope that we all use this time to do some good and set a good example in this sometimes shocking world, because there is still something that all of us can do besides worrying about business, Brexit, hunger and war and that is empathizing with and helping people, especially those we would otherwise overlook.
