The two companies have belonged together since July 2021. Now Integrated Realization Services GmbH (IRS) from Nuremberg, which specialises in programmatic printing and web to print, has been completely merged, both legally and organisationally, into Laudert GmbH + Co KG. The merger, which came into effect on 1 October but is retroactive to 1 July, is intended to make better use of synergy effects.
In future, Integrated Realization Services GmbH will operate under the name Laudert Nuremberg. Business operations will continue seamlessly with the existing IRS employees at the location, according to official sources. As a result of the organisational integration, both companies are no longer legally separate entities, but will be merged into a common organisational structure.
In this way, as Yannis Rosing, responsible for strategic sales development at Laudert, explains, “synergy effects across all areas of competence are to be used more directly”, communication is to be optimised, mutual demands from the teams are to be served more efficiently and innovations are to be advanced across the board. Especially in the area of workflow and interface management, Laudert can now act more flexibly and directly through the organisational integration of the IRS competences, adds Christof Förtsch.
Förtsch, who continued to serve as Managing Director of IRS after Laudert’s acquisition of IRS in July 2021 and expanded Laudert’s leadership team, is now a freelance consultant on the topic of Programmatic Printing.
