Why are you a publishing freak? In other words, someone who, by Duden’s definition, is enthusiastic about something in a way that seems excessive. Editors, media designers and publishers of all kinds have probably asked themselves this question at some point in the night while sitting at their desk in front of half-finished work. The biography of the Swiss is not so dissimilar to that of the German. Both started into the unknown, but with the intention of making the world a little bit better. Their paths could not be more different. That’s what the two describe in their latest podcast. In the process, you can hear that the world of publishing has always been accompanied by technical innovations and changes. However, the curated communication of information, the dissemination of knowledge to the broadest possible mass, has remained the driving force.
