In March 2020, the Online Print Symposium was the last industry event before the Corona Lockdown. Since then, it is not only the online print industry that has changed. We have also been affected by the fact that the crisis has meant massive losses for many companies. Yet this situation also offers new opportunities. We have taken advantage of this and reinvented the OPS. Especially now, in times of crisis, the online print industry is developing rapidly and is showing its enormous potential.
E-commerce and digital transformation are topics that could not be more relevant today. With the right focus on customer needs, companies can generate special incentives, implement new business ideas and develop further. That’s why we have deliberately decided to host the symposium and offer this important platform for exchange in 2021.
The annual Online Print Symposium, which will be held for the 9th time in Munich on June 8 and 9, 2021, rather than in March, is dedicated to change. Naturally, the focus will remain on the development and future of the online print industry. The topic “Start Up and Print Online!” already gives an indication that there will be innovations. The “Insight Pitches” will give selected start-ups the opportunity to introduce themselves in a short presentation, report on the key to their success and highlight cooperation opportunities. This will make the range of offerings at the upcoming industry leading event even more diverse.
But the further advancements will not stop there. The Online Print Symposium will move to the Design Offices Atlas in the popular Werksviertel district near Ostbahnhof station. The conference area on the 13th floor with its 360° panorama offers a wide range of opportunities to establish contacts and enjoy the view over Munich and the Alps.
Top-class speakers will provide insights into their strategies and future agendas. They will report on practical experience, highlight trends and create ideas and inspiration for new business models in e-business print. Inspiring success stories await us with the “Insight Pitches”, which show what even the “Old Guard” can learn from up-and-coming young entrepreneurs.
The unique industry event with 300 international participants has established itself as a meeting place for the e-business print community worldwide. From the very big names in the industry to creative newcomers, the audience is widely diversified.
With two evening events, the Insider-Get-Together, held on the eve of the symposium, and the Networking Dinner, on June 8, as well as a partner exhibition, numerous opportunities for networking are offered. Decision-makers can exchange ideas with potential partners in a relaxed atmosphere.
