#OPS2017 Review: Keynote by Hartmut Kappes from Flyeralarm – Forever Startup

Hartmut Kappes, Group CFO of Flyeralarm illustrated in his keynote at the 5th Online Print Symposium just how much online print is a combination of state-of-the-art production methods, automated processes and the online sales and distribution channel.

Kappes said in his presentation:  “Nothing less than refocusing daily on customers’ needs guarantees long-term customer relationships”, and warned: “Yesterday’s performance no longer gets any applause today.”  You can only achieve maximum customer satisfaction by demonstrating maximum flexibility and by seamlessly linking various channels. “Just get on with it” is definitely ambiguous in this context. Just getting on with it, without having a concept, would however be suicidal. “Simplicity is the key to ingenuity”, Kappes believes…

But I don’t want to pre-empt anything too much, so why not just take a look yourself.
