But before the “AI-powered Print Revolution” picks up speed again at the Science Congress Center Munich, we would like to take a brief look back at yesterday’s event. After OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Microsoft’s Copilot and Google’s Bard, it was only a matter of time before Amazon followed suit. Now the company’s AWS division has unveiled its own AI-based chatbot, “Q”. The most important difference: it is not aimed at private individuals, but is designed to provide targeted support to corporate customers in IT and development, administration and project management. This could also benefit online print shops.

For e-commerce companies in the EU, the world has become a slightly simpler place again, at least as far as data protection is concerned: In July, the European Commission adopted the new adequacy decision in the form of the “EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework”, thus creating a new legal basis for cooperation between EU companies and U.S. service providers and data processing.
